In considering CRM software, often an organisation short lists three CRM
applications to be presented to its users. To make the right decision,
you will need to address some key areas. What is the evaluation period
cost of ownership? How much control will I need over the proposed
solution? What are my requirements now and in the future to determine
the modules needed? Can I rely on my vendor as research shows a purchase
decision is based on price the first time round and the second time
round on service?
With the dizzying amount of software and internet resources available to
help mortgage professionals with marketing, the lowly business card
often gets forgotten. But with a little creativity, business cards can
be used to generate a stream of cheap mortgage leads.
